I do not know where to begin. I started this journey selling my home without any real urgency, I began with reaching out to Michael Ablan who was great. He came out to my home and looked around the property and gave me pointers on what to do before listing. After I decided to list, I was assigned Kaitlin Delles as my realtor. I couldn't have been happier with that decision. I will say that I have sold three homes and bought four homes now and therefore I suppose that I have a little experience when dealing with realtors and Kaitlin was by far the best I have ever worked with. When things became a little more urgent to sell due to another home purchase that I made, Kaitlin was on point in getting in touch with prospective buyers. But when someone made an offer, that is when Kaitlin really shined through. Things started to go awry in regard to the appraiser's inspection and the FHA guidelines for the buyers. There was a lot of paperwork, waivers, and work projects that needed to be done. She was there every step of the way, and because I now lived further south, she was vital to the successful sale of my home. With all the realtors I have worked with, Kaitlin Delles was the longest and the best. I couldn't recommend Marble Key Realty and their team more-so. Especially Kaitlin. After all the transpired with our home sale, I know that she is well equipped with so much more knowledge, haha.
